We are looking for an experienced Sales professional to drive growth across the DACH region for an innovative personal care manufacturing business. Leveraging your deep understanding of the beauty industry and strong relationship-building skills, you will build partnerships that drive sales and market growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify business opportunities and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets
– Negotiate favourable contracts and develop custom beauty product solutions for clients
– Build and maintain constructive, productive client relationships
– Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution of client projects
– Conduct market research to provide innovative solutions and stay current with trends
– Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account status updates for management
– Develop long-term customer relationships and understand market requirements
Candidate Requirements :
– Degree in Business, Marketing or Management, or equivalent experience
– Significant experience in a similar B2B business, preferably within beauty
– Excellent communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills
– Fluent in English, ideally plus German and/or French
This role is field based, with regular travel to customers and prospects across the region.
