Key Responsibilities
– Manage key accounts, providing excellent service to customers
– Develop customer-specific business plans aligned with overall marketing strategies
– Maintain comprehensive visibility of the sales pipeline at all stages
– Identify gaps and areas for improvement, recommending product and promotional activities aligned with customer needs
– Collaborate across departments to ensure optimal customer service delivery
Alongside account management experience with major head office teams, like Boots, Primark and Dunnes, you must bring excellent communication and organisational skills to this role.
