You have the option to work in the company’s Labs in Valencia or Tarragona.
Key Responsibilities :
– Lead, mentor, and motivate an R&D team, fostering a positive work environment
– Set objectives, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of KPIs
– Identify team strengths and development areas, providing training opportunities
– Collaborate across departments to align strategies and drive innovation
– Stay updated on market trends, ingredients, and technologies to identify opportunities
– Develop and refine formulations for hair care products
– Conduct laboratory testing to assess formulation performance, stability, and safety
– Maintain technical documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee scale-up trials
Candidate Requirements :
– PhD or MSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field
– Significant experience and success in hair care product formulation
– Expertise in formulation chemistry, product stability, and testing methodologies
– Proficiency in English or Spanish
