As the go-to expert for suppliers and internal teams, the Quality Assurance Specialist will maintain standards, drive compliance and champion the company’s commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead global processes and provide direction to sourcing and innovation teams to drive compliance with agreed standards and product performance requirements
– Be the business’s quality ambassador, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory requirements while contributing to the company’s quality strategy
– Maintain up-to-date product technical documentation, including functional tests and product information files
– Ensure ongoing product compliance through close collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders, review of customer feedback, and supplier evaluations
– Keep abreast of relevant developments, share expertise, and translate insights into smart proposals and improved processes within your product category
– Facilitate training to build quality and safety knowledge. Coordinate processes to address acute quality issues and non-conformities
Candidate Requirements:
– Science or technology degree, or equivalent knowledge and experience
– Significant Quality Assurance/Technology experience involving cosmetic packaging
– Fluent spoken and written English
– Full, clean driver’s license
– Strong team playing and communication skills
