Key Responsibilities:
– Leading packaging development strategy and overseeing validation processes
– Developing strategic briefs, specifications, and managing major NPD initiatives
– Establishing key relationships with vendors and driving sustainable material innovation
– Leading operations support, managing documentation systems, and directing line implementation
– Overseeing colour processes, artwork strategies, and packaging presentation
– Managing departmental budgets and strategic purchasing
Candidate Requirements:
– Proven track record in Packaging Development roles, including product testing
– Excellence in project management, stakeholder communication and strategic problem solving
– Regular travel to the company’s Hertfordshire facility
