– Strategic buying and range planning to support business objectives and growth
– Leverage market insights to identify trends and align product offerings
– Cultivate supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and terms for quality products
– Cross-functional collaboration for strategic integration and commercial efficiency
– Financial management, budget oversight, and margin improvement strategies
– Inventory optimisation, stock management, and delivery investment planning
– Team leadership, professional development, and goal alignment
– Pricing, promotion, and regulatory compliance management
Candidate Requirements
– Significant cosmetics buying experience, with specific expertise in Korean skincare
– Strong analytical skills, turning market insights into smart buying decisions
– Ability to manage and motivate a team in a dynamic environment
– English proficiency is essential; Korean language skills are a strong advantage
This is a hybrid role, based 3 days per week in the busy London office, and 2 days at home.
