The French beauty group, which owns brands such as Yves Rocher, Arbonne, Sabon and Docteur Pierre Ricaud, has announced its intention to initiate a process of divestiture for its children’s fashion and home care divisions, which mainly include the Petit Bateau and Stanhome brands.

“As of now, we have zero buyers,” Bris Rocher, the group’s president, told Ouest-France. “We are just kicking off the process, and it will take some time. In the meantime, Petit Bateau and Stanhome remain part of the Rocher group. I don’t have a timeline. The whole thing could happen quickly, or it might take a long time,”

The group aims to refocus on skin and body care products, its core business. Recently, the Rocher group completed the sale of its fragrance factory in Ploërmel, France, and also sold its Flormar makeup brand.
