Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and produce bulk batches according to formulation guidelines, ensuring consistent quality standards
– Monitor, analyse, and record batch results, making real-time adjustments throughout the manufacturing process
– Operate various mixing vessels and machinery safely and efficiently
– Maintain strict cleanliness, hygiene standards, and GMP compliance
– Work collaboratively with Production Manager to optimise production processes
– Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety policies
Candidate Requirements:
– Experience in bulk manufacturing within FMCG, ideally cosmetics
– Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and adherence to guidelines
– A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
