A rapidly-growing company in the professional haircare space founded on product innovation is looking for a passionate and ambitious Junior Account Manager. As a key contact for salon accounts, you will provide top-notch service and support in a fast-paced environment.
Your success is in your hands, with an uncapped commission scheme to reward your achievements.
Key responsibilities:
– Be the friendly face, providing excellent support and building strong relationships with existing customers
– Combine savvy sales skills with a passion for outstanding customer service
– Identify and connect with potential new clients to the business
– Promptly respond to any enquiries, leads or opportunities, keeping accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
– Demonstrate independence by prioritising tasks and accounts to hit targets
– Proudly represent the brand at industry events and trade shows, networking and building new connections
Strong communication skills, a commitment to customer service excellence, and a genuine love of all things hair and beauty are essential to this role. Prior customer-facing experience is ideal, but most important is enthusiasm for learning sales techniques and a proactive attitude.
You will work in the company’s Manchester City Centre office 4 days, with Fridays at home.
