Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment
– Manage inventory levels, demand planning, and stock movement across multiple warehouses and territories
– Collaborate with sales teams on forecasting, promotions, and ensuring product availability to meet demand
– Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, working closely with domestic and international manufacturers
– Lead operational excellence initiatives, evaluating and optimising systems, processes, and distribution networks
– Oversee warehouse operations, including goods receipt, inventory management, and assembling promotional products
– Handle wholesale customer communication and issue resolution effectively
– Manage logistics, imports, customs compliance, and negotiate freight costs for cost-effective delivery
