Lindal Group have appointed Frederic Noel as Chief Operating Officer. Taking up the position at the company’s headquarters in Hamburg, Germany, Mr Noel will supervise all operational activities of the leading manufacturer and marketer of valves, actuators and spray caps used in aerosol products, including manufacturing, quality and supply chain. Frederic will be completing Lindal’s Executive team.
According to Lindal, this appointment represents the group’s commitment to further optimise its existing supply chain, providing an enhanced and more sustainable process that anticipates the developing needs of customers. As an international business, Lindal plans to leverage its global reach through optimizations within its supply chain while continuing to deliver the highest quality products, on time and in full to its customers. The strategy also includes the development of its current lean manufacturing processes and adopting additional new methodologies to improve operational excellence.
Frederic Noel joins Lindal following a 20-year tenure at global materials science and manufacturing company, Avery Dennison Corporation, where he took the lead across various manufacturing sites throughout Europe. Along with his role as Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain for Europe and MENA, and his most recent nomination of VP General Manager for Graphics Solutions, his career has seen him drive major transformation in a diversity of settings, while successfully leading a business and improving profitability.
