Join an established UK business that supplies health and beauty and own label products to leading grocery and High Street retailers, in a high-profile role. Building on your existing network of contacts, you will drive sales and expansion in key European markets.
You must be UK based, as the role involves regular travel in Europe, and to the company HQ in Hertfordshire.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and implement strategic business plans for key accounts, using in-depth brand knowledge, market insights, growth opportunities, and financial forecasting
– Cultivate strong relationships with account contacts, fostering collaboration and understanding needs through regular face-to-face visits
– Identify gaps and areas for improvement, developing strategies and recommending NPD and promotional activities aligned with customer needs
– Negotiate terms, promotions, new product launches, and secure new listings with buyers
– Prepare monthly update reports on account performance, and manage promotional activity opportunities with the business
– Use retailer systems to monitor stock levels, conduct store audits, and ensure data consistency with internal records
– Manage internal, cross-functional communication and documentation to achieve sales targets and customer objectives
Candidate Requirements
– Experience in a similar pan-Europe role within Health & Beauty is essential, ideally including the German market
– A proactive and ambitious mindset, with a drive to continually improve
– A strong desire to earn your bonus and other monetary rewards
