Cosfibel Group to raise capital

Cosfibel Group will increase its capital by 5.7 million euros by December 31 “in order to pursue its development and cope with the economic crisis,” said the company in a release.

On this occasion, two new shareholders, Mr. Jacques Berrebi and Mr. Jacques Espinasse, will bring cash to the group. Eventually, the new shareholders will get more than 10% of the capital.

Cosfibel founder, Alain Chevassus (58% of the capital) will remain Executive President of the group.

Members of Cosfibel’s Board and Managing Committee remain unchanged: Ilan Schinazi, as General Manager, Stanilas Perronnet as Operations Manager, and Natali Spasenic as Administration and Finance Manager.
