Key Responsibilities:
– Drive business growth, identifying new opportunities and fostering strong industry relationships
– Provide a central contact for clients, understanding their goals and product needs
– Work closely with clients and internal teams to create new, on-trend products that meet their requirements
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure budgets, timelines, and compliance are consistently met
– Provide ongoing, post-launch support to clients, ensuring their market success and growth
Candidate Requirements:
– Experience in a similar Business-to-Business role in beauty or personal care
– Commercial mindset and the ability to balance client needs with business goals
– Great communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
– Knowledge of the product development process, and experience working with teams across all functions
