Key Responsibilities:
– Learn to drive fragrance sales by supporting product promotions with retailers and manufacturers, with mentorship and training.
– Assist in creative projects, gaining hands-on experience working alongside experienced perfumers and technical teams.
– Build customer relationships by bringing fresh energy and a commitment to exceptional service.
– Develop skills in market trend analysis and contribute ideas for new product innovations.
– Support sales tracking through collaborative reporting and performance analysis.
– Work closely with internal teams to understand production challenges, project management and company operations.
– Attend UK/Europe industry events, expanding your skills and professional network.
Candidate Requirements:
– Experience in a B2B customer-facing role, or a background in the fragrance industry
– A natural people-person with genuine enthusiasm for building professional relationships
– A business or marketing degree is an advantage, as are French language skills
