Do you have the motivation to drive forward social media and influencer campaigns ?
An industry leading, disruptive haircare company is looking for a Digital Marketing professional to bring their curly hair brand to life. In this role, you will implement marketing campaigns across social media, influencers and partnerships that engage and inspire the curly hair community.
This is a dynamic role for someone passionate about the curly hair category who wants to build meaningful relationships with influencers and partners. As it involves demonstrating products on your own curls, it is best suited to candidates with naturally curly hair.
Key Responsibilities :
– Develop and execute social media and influencer marketing strategies
– Produce engaging content and manage the newly launched TikTok channel, plus new channels in future
– Identify and onboard UK-based influencers as brand partners
– Grow the brand’s curly hair community through strategic collaborations
– Analyse campaign performance and seek out new opportunities
– Embrace an entrepreneurial, creative approach to marketing
Candidate Requirements :
– 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing or social media within haircare
– A deep understanding of what motivates the curly hair audience, how to engage and educate them and what makes curly hair unique
– Demonstrable video creation and editing skills
– An enthusiastic, organized team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
– A strong interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, and all aspects of social media
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in the Central London office.
