Once a year, in the month of September, Rives de la Beauté presents a week dedicated to celebrating a vision of contemporary and aware, responsible beauty, in Paris. The event will open take place from the 3rd to the 10th of September, parallel to Paris Design Week.
Rive gauche, rive droite, the event is built around a circuit, organised as an open and inspiring itinerary through Paris, and designed for a public of informed and inquisitive consumers.
In the wake of the transformation of the area over the recent years, Rives de la Beauté will put the spotlight on the Marais district, the pulsing heart of the beauty business in Paris, with a special evening opening from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 7.
The original idea and main objective are always to bring about the creativity and expertise within the beauty and fragrance field on all levels (perfumers, colourists, photographers, designers, make-up artists, scientifics, formulators …).
“This year again, the participating brands, designers and artists, as well as boutiques and unusual places jostle for creativity in terms of atmospheres an experiences. In parallel, a selection of multi-disciplinary satellite events ’the Passerelles’ explore the interdisciplinary nature of beauty (perfume, fashion, photography, literature, design, art, …),” explain the organizers.
