Can you develop new products using your technical background?

Do you want to be part of an innovative global business working with world-renowned beauty brands?

With experience in colour cosmetics, and ideally some time spent in the lab, you will use your knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, raw material suppliers and formulation techniques, working closely with external partners to develop and propose new products to customers.

With your passion for and knowledge of the beauty industry – brands, products, bloggers and influencers – and awareness of technologies, market trends and developments, you will manage and monitor the product development process from concept to launch.

You are a great communicator with excellent organisational and project management skills and the ability to manage your own workload priorities and take initiative. Liaising with internal and external departments to ensure key dates are met.

You are an adaptable and flexible team player, highly motivated and proactive, and love interacting with customers.

This is an exciting new role for someone with a can-do attitude looking to develop their career.
