Are you an Olympian in the field of Research and Development always striding ahead of the competition?

You are a Research & Development Manager with 10-15 years of contract manufacturing experience who will thrive on the responsibility of running our Creative Laboratory.

With experience in a broad range of products, you are a highly motivated “hands-on” Chemist, with a strong manufacturing background, who understands all the issues of concept to shelf production, and can add real value across the business, from day 1.

We are a leading successful contract manufacturer, in Southeast Australia producing colour cosmetics, skin, hair, body, sun care and therapeutic products for many leading global brands.

Managing and motivating your team of 4 direct reports, you will lead NPD to meet customer driven requirements.

You will present technically effective and innovative solutions within price and timescale budgets, to customers and train your team to do the same.

You will ensure all products are commercially viable and scalable within our manufacturing facilities, and compliant in our markets.

We want you to participate and contribute within the senior management team, to help develop and implement improvements and change within the company.
