Spanish manufacturer of wood packaging and wood components for the perfumery and cosmetics industries, Pujolasos Wood & Pack, has increased its production capacity up to 650,000 units per week - corresponding to a 30% increase - during the first semester of 2015, thanks to the expansion of its plant in Sant Pere de Torelló (10,000 m2 of building area to date), Catalonia, and the acquisition of new industrial equipment.
In particular, the company has acquired two new machines to boost its capacity to produce perfumery caps, as well as different high-capacity industrial lathes to achieve neat finishes and a completely automated new varnishing line.
Pujolasos’ list of customers currently includes companies and brands, such as Puig, LVMH, Rituals, Diageo or Oriflame among many others. The firm currently exports 70% of its production.
