Business Innovation specialist, Gal·la Romera has joined Spanish manufacturer of small-format wood packaging Pujolasos as new Research and Development and Innovation Manager.
Ms Gal·la Romera has a degree in Industrial Design and Product development Engineering, Executive Coach (ICF) and Executive MBI (Master in Business Innovation), and has more than 10 years of experience in the sector.
As Pujolasos’ new R&D leader her main role will be to enhance the company’s innovation and to promote it at all levels, both internally and externally.
In the short term, the Catalonia-based company aims to strengthen the relationship with its strategic partners, such as suppliers of beverage bottles and suppliers of perfumery and cosmetic packaging, through “a Win2Win relation, in which it will be offered to the market a finished product with a high innovation value.”
