A long-time partner of cosmetics brands, the Peclers Paris agency recently released a new trend book exclusively dedicated to beauty. Based on experts’ views, aesthetic and socio-cultural analyses, colour trends, the Beauty Book aims to help cosmetics brands to “identify new desirability leverages." It is also a source of inspiration for creation.
Eight "Key Trends" for the Fall-Winter 2015/16 season from major international cultural social movements are showcased, including:
– Nature empathy, a seek for simplicity and the symbolic power of naturalness, safety, purity, and the emergence of a new ecology where the guilt of consumption is replaced by the desire to understand;
– Living Beauty, a revaluation of happiness, age, life, "Happy" phenomenon, the well-ageing;
– Self-Esteem or emphatic beauty;
– Extravagances and singularity, individual uniqueness and opposition to standards...
Once identified, these main trends are then materialized by six creative concepts described and illustrated into colour palettes, lifestyles, ingredients, textures, gestures and, for a more tangible view, by full creative scenarios.
Peclers Paris’ Beauty Notebook covers all aspects of skin care, hair care and fragrances, but also packaging, materials and ingredients.
