To enhance the dynamism of suppliers in the make-up industry, MakeUp in Paris (21-22 juin 2012, Carrousel du Louvre, Paris, France) is launching the first trophies rewarding make-up innovations, the MakeUp in Paris Innovation Awards.

Exhibitors at the next MakeUp in Paris are invited to compete until 30 March in the following categories: Packaging, Formulation, Samples, Full-Service.

A jury will first select the most innovative products that will then be displayed in a dedicated area of the show. Visitors will elect the best innovation in each of the four categories. The jury will also hand out a Special Jury Award that will reward a particularly innovative global approach.

Number of exhibitors still growing

This year again, the number of exhibitors at MakeUp in Paris is steadily growing: 25% compared to 2011. The event will host more than 16 new participants including: Cantoni Spa, Cosmogen, Elipso, FSKorea, Gutberlet Gmbh, ICC Srl, Kum Gmbh, Lumson, Marbella, Orlandi, Pibiplast, Reindustria - Polo Cosmesi, Rusi Cosmetic Gmbh, SGD, Sincoplas, Texen, as well as Oxygen Development, a company based in Florida that will participate to its first trade event in France.

The organisers also announce that on-line registration is now open on the website www.makeup-in-paris.com. Visitors can now order their free entry badge for the two days show.
