Salary: £40-50,000 + bonus

Have you got proven strong sales management experience within professional haircare?
Your excellent commercial awareness will enable you to successfully develop, lead and manage all commercial activities for this fantastic business, including the identification of new market opportunities and raising the brand profile in salon environments.
You will use your fantastic communication and natural leadership skills to manage and motivate the sales, customer development and marketing functions, providing clear direction and determining opportunities for all brands to generate growth and achieve commercial success.
With your head for numbers, you will set sales forecasts and manage sales performance through your gravitas and experience in leading successful teams!
With an understanding of brand marketing and PR activities you will oversee the planning and implementation in line with company objectives; managing internal marketing teams and external agencies to drive promotional activities, driving market awareness as well as revenue and profit growth across the brand portfolio.
Using your strong relationship skills, you will create, build and maintain on-going relationships with key customers and brand owners as well as internally with multiple departments. You will be working in an exciting and friendly office environment where everybody has a “roll your sleeves up and get stuck in” attitude. There will be industry events/exhibitions involved.
