Chris Good

The Estée Lauder Companies recently announced that Chris Good has been promoted to President, United Kingdom and Ireland.

Since 2012, he has held the position of Managing Director, United Kingdom (U.K.) and Ireland, where he was responsible for overseeing the Company’s business in its largest market outside the United States. Mr. Good has been with the company for more than 20 years, holding various senior level positions globally, including General Manager of Russia and Senior Vice President, Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East, India and Africa.

In his new role, Mr. Good will continue to report to Cedric Prouvé, Group President, International, The Estée Lauder Companies.

The U.S. cosmetics group also announced that Sandra Main has been promoted to Global Brand President, La Mer.

Ms. Main started at The Estée Lauder Companies in 1995 as the Hong Kong Brand Manager for M·A·C. During her twelve years with the brand, she held a number of senior positions and was a key contributor to the international growth of M·A·C. Ms. Main later assumed the position of Senior Vice President, Bobbi Brown International before joining the La Mer brand where she has held the position of Senior Vice President, General Manager since 2009.

In her new role she will continue reporting to John Demsey, Group President, Estée Lauder, M·A·C, Tom Ford Beauty, Prescriptives, Bobbi Brown, La Mer, Jo Malone, Smashbox, and Bumble and bumble.

Both Mr. Good and Ms. Main are members of The Estée Lauder Companies’ Executive Leadership Team. Their new roles became effective on January 1, 2014.
