This collection of seven fragrances evokes the codes of couture house Carven in a bottle inspired from an original model deigned in 1947. For this exclusive product, Texen created a zamak cap wrapped with a hand-woven cord.

The production of the cap required a slow, meticulous surface treatment. The part was polished in several steps to achieve an impeccable finish, clean lines and perfectly precise corners in line with the customer’s expectations. Each cap is then galvanized to give it its golden hue, before the addition of a PP insert to hold it in place on the bottle.

To meet with the brand’s demanding criteria, Texen outsourced specific expertise from its network of partner suppliers. The golden cord, in exactly the same shade as the metal, the specific weaving of which was specially validated by the brand, was then assembled in Texen’s factories onto the lower part of the cap.
