Do you want to use your science degree and knowledge of cosmetic regulations to be a key player in a manufacturing company?

As Technical Information Officer, you will control all technical documentation activities relating to formulated products and purchased /customer supplied raw materials.

This is a varied, hands-on, office-based role in a fast-paced environment, which requires flexibility, enthusiasm, accuracy and attention to detail at all times.  You will be required to work within clearly defined processes and procedures.

Your science-based degree means you will have an in-depth knowledge of regulations relating to the cosmetics industry. You will use this knowledge to liaise with personnel at a variety of different levels including other company departments, customers, raw material suppliers and external test houses and regulatory bodies.

You will responsible for the updating and maintenance of the COPTIS and master raw material database including: supplier material specification, MSDS and toxicological information.  You will keep a close eye to ensure all information is correct and accurate as it will be up to you to create, control and maintain the Product Information File (PIF) for all formulated products using COPTIS software.
