After two years at the helm of the Alkos Group, Philippe Pavageau left his duties "for personal family reasons," announced the French cosmetic subcontractor in a statement. Dominique Vautier, former CEO from September 2010 to June 2017 and member of the Supervisory Committee, takes over.

"We respect Mr Philippe Pavageau’s decision and sincerely wish him the best success. We intend to move forward and to take advantage of the changes he has initiated within the Group over the past two years and we are grateful for that. We will continue to rely on our experienced and committed management team, which works to advance the company and increase its value," said Gérard Gieux, founding shareholder of the group. "We are quite certain that Mr. Dominique Vautier, former CEO and member of the Supervisory Committee is now the right person to take over the reins of the company and we give him our full support," he added.
