A few days after his return at the head of the company he left in 2009, Alan George Lafley, Procter & Gamble [1] Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer, announced on Wednesday several changes in the company’s top management as well as a reorganisation of its global business units

The manufacturer of personal care and hygiene products “is grouping its Global Business Units into four industry-based sectors as part of the company’s ongoing plan to improve business performance.

Each sector will be led by a Group President:

Deborah A. Henretta has been elected Group President of Global Beauty, which includes the beauty care, retail hair care and colour, salon professional, and prestige categories.
