Are you an experienced Industrial Chemist that has worked with all FMCG formulation types?

Do you thrive on challenge whilst maintaining a healthy attitude under pressure?

This is a great role working with one of the world’s largest beauty company’s, you will be responsible for the Industrialization of new processes and new formulae from the Research & Development laboratory and Process development plant into the factory environment.

With your experience working with a wide range of formulation types, wax based, powder based & emulsions using a range of manufacturing vessels and production lines in a FMCG/Cosmetic company you will partner with key functions to continuously improve manufacturing methods.

It will be your responsibility to conduct COSHH, RA and FMEA for new formula/products from conception to industrial pilots. Supporting the manufacture of assigned pilot batches and conducting of filling trials, providing detailed reports and samples for relevant testing. You have a great eye for detail and can quickly identify when you need to shade match.

You are equally as happy to work either on your own or as part of a team to make decisions and prioritise your workload in this fast-paced environment.

You’re a stickler for Health & Safety and procedures for a safe working environment reporting on and rectifying any non-conformance or deviation to standards.
