Do you love mixing up new ingredients to create your magic potions?

With 3 years’ experience of product development in FMCG, keeping at the forefront of materials development and market trends is second nature to you. You push to the limits of science and technology to create the next generation of products.

Product development is your passion, you love to experiment with new raw materials and formulae to meet your brief spot on.

You have an analytical and tidy mind, and work in a structured and well documented way to strict timelines, prioritising, co ordinating and planning.

You can work on your own without supervision, and are a confident communicator, building key relationships with suppliers and keeping customers informed of new developments.

Happy to juggle multiple projects, you will coordinate samples, monitor production, and ensure samples are presented to meet the original brief and deadlines.

Working closely with the development managers and internal departments, you will be involved with troubleshooting and support for the technical team and manufacturing, and deputise for the development manager as required.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established market leader of personal care and beauty products.
