Do you love mixing up new ingredients to innovative products?

With 2 years’ experience of product development at the bench in FMCG, keeping at the forefront of materials development and market trends is second nature to you, whilst ensuring total compliance and a strict eye on budgets.

Product development is your passion, you love to experiment with new raw materials and formulae to meet your brief and compliance spot on.

You will undertake bench/pilot/scale-up processes, where required, and oversee full scale 1st production batch manufacture of in-house developed formulations, possibly at the other manufacture sites within the UK

You have an analytical and tidy mind, and work in a structured and well documented way to strict timelines, prioritising, co ordinating and planning.

You can work on your own without supervision, and are a confident communicator, building key relationships with suppliers and keeping commercial team and report swiftly instances where non-compliance or a potential delay is identified.
