Cosmogen, a French company specializing in the development of application solutions for makeup, cosmetics, powders and fluids, which is celebrating this year its 30th anniversary, has announced the arrival of two new employees at its headquarters in Paris: Raoul Chavès, 38 years and Florie Schawller, 31 years.

Florie Schawller is graduated from Reims Management School. She has held a marketing and sales career in France and in the USA in the luxury goods and cosmetics products industry. She will be Sales Representative France and will report to Mylène Meunier, VP Sales France and USA.

Raoul Chavès was appointed Director of Marketing & Innovation. As an engineer (École Centrale Marseille), his duties led him to coordinate projects of R&D in packaging for perfumery and cosmetics. He will report to Denis Richard Orliange, General Manager of Cosmogen. “His arrival demonstrates the willingness of Cosmogen to strengthen its expertise and to better meet the complex expectations of its customers,” said the company in a release.

Cosmogen has integrated design offices in France and China. In 2012, its turnover should reach 20 million euros.
