If you have a minimum of 2 years’ hands on experience at the bench, formulating innovative hair care, colour and styling products, batch preparation, assessing benchmarks, project management and delighting clients with innovative formulations then this could be a great move for you.

You will have a cosmetic science or related science degree, e.g. chemistry, biology and a desire and commitment to be the very best.

You will up to date with all the latest styling products, innovations and performance in professional and retail hair care. Know which raw materials, technologies and complexes achieve the very best results for every type of hair and imaginable style the consumers desire.

You must have experience of working with shampoos, conditioners, masks, serums, sprays, mousses, wax and gels to achieve the very best results for scalp and hair.
