Area Manager (AE1339)

Salary: €40-50,000 DOE (1-year contract)

Are you a passionate Area Manager, highly numerate, target-driven and commercially savvy?

Do you have a world class work ethic, an entrepreneurial spirit and an abundance of passionate expertise in strategic leadership?

As an Area Manager you will deliver and achieve limitless success across retail and service objectives with one of the biggest names in premium make up industry with a massive celebrity following across the globe.

Implementing development and improvement plans, regularly evaluating performance across Germany with key locations in Berlin and Munich, you will drive business performance on day to day basis.

You will work alongside the National Sales & Education Manager to build a people and performance strategy for the area, deliver service excellence, identify and recruit industry-leading talent and motivate and inspire the team to deliver and exceed targets and KPI’s.

To fulfill this role to highest standards, you will have previous experience in a similar field management or multi-site role, with proven experience of building talent and managing P&Ls

You must speak German and English, have flexibility to travel across Germany and ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing priorities.
