Located in Oyonnax, at the heart of the Plastics Valley, North-East of Lyon, and specialising in the making of plastic bottles for health and beauty products, PRP, a company belonging to the G’Pack group, is focusing its strategy on three main axes. Firstly, the making of PET bottles, with an unpolished finishing and… with no polish! Secondly, the conception of thick bottomed PET bottles. Eventually, the development of products the firm’s technical staff has been manufacturing for more than ten years: bottles containing a flexible pocket, whether airless or not.

According to Gérard Goujon, the company’s CEO: “Making a PET bottle with an unpolished finishing directly in the mould is certainly a real revolution, so as the launch of thick-bottomed PET bottles.” Indeed, in the first case, an entire polishing step can be skipped, with guaranteed results. In the second case, the process leads to bottles that really look kike glass.

Eventually, regarding the insertion of flexible pockets in plastic bottles, PRP does not hide its will to create airless standard series.

Also take not the company will only participate in one show in France this year, the Emballage World Packaging Exhibition, to be held 17-21 November, in Paris.
