With the foundation of Hermann Koch France, its French sales subsidiary, the Hermann Koch Group, a German manufacturer of plastic jars and bottles, intends to boost its business by tapping into a market that has the potential to become one of the key growth drivers for the company.

The new subsidiary is starting its operations this September in Levallois-Perret, in the immediate vicinity of Paris, with a team consisting of Ms Carolin Janet, head of sales of Hermann Koch France, and Ms Emilie Clochard.

"We deliberately decided to have a subsidiary for sales and customer support," says Christian Lützenrath, the group’s managing director. "This step is an additional part of our successful growth strategy of the last few years."

The company says its strategy is to get closer from its customers through increased local presence in order to develop a direct dialogue leading to adequate product developments. “Information is increasingly becoming the decisive factor for success. With the foundation of Hermann Koch France, we do another very important step in this area," explains Florence Cox, key account manager for France.

Herman Koch will participate in Beyond Beauty Paris’ Creative show, which will be held at the Porte de Versailles fairground from September 12 to 14, 2011.
