Jennifer Balbier has been promoted Senior Vice President, Global Product Development, Artistry Brands, The Estée Lauder Companies, overseeing all product developments for MAC Cosmetics, Bobbi Brown and Smashbox brands.
Ms. Balbier was previously responsible for product development at MAC Cosmetics, where she launched many successful product collections including Barbie, Hello Kitty, all Viva Glam products and the Mineralize and Lipglass franchises.
Before joining MAC Cosmetics in 1998, Jennifer Balbier had established her own consulting firm, Pink Jungle, specializing in conceptual marketing and product development, where she was responsible for all original products for Bath & Body Works and Victoria’s Secret. Other clients included Frederic Fekkai, La Prairie and Tova.
