The French firm ACP (10 million euros in turnover this year, 80 people), based in Montreuil-Bellay, near the town of Angers, and specialized in the manufacturing and filling of sachets but also, for the last five years, in the filling of tubes, jars, flacons and hot filled products for the Beauty industry, has announced the takeover of the Sicofor company (4 million euros in turnover, 35 employees) located in Marboué (a commune in the Eure-et-Loir department in northern France, near the town of Lucé) and also specialized in the manufacturing and filling of sachets.

"This acquisition enables us to significantly increase our production capacity, explains Philippe Delefortrie, President of ACP, but to also gain new customers while integrating within our group a great team."

The production potential of the new ACP/Sicofor Packaging entity will be of more than 500 million units per year.

To note that the entire production of Sicofor Packaging will move as of January 1st in brand new industrial premises, located un Châteaudun.
